Glen Evans

Glen is a disability advocate, model, and aspiring actress from Romford.

Born with Amniotic Band Syndrome, she’s never let her disability define her. She’s a role model for people of all ages and abilities.

In 2020, Glen made history as the first Black disabled woman in the ‘This Girl Can UK’ campaign. In 2024, she modelled for Primark’s Adaptive Range, created to empower those with disabilities. She champions disability rights and challenges societal norms. In her free time, she enjoys cinema, swimming, and badminton. Her motto: “My disability does not define me.” Through her work, Glynis continues breaking barriers and inspiring others to embrace their unique strengths.

Being an ambassador for reach means the absolute world to me! I never knew Reach existed until I was an adult and really wished I would have known about it as I felt so different from my peers. But now as an adult I want to give back and be the best mentor I can for the children and let them know they are beautiful just the way they are, inside and out.
