It’s that sense of connection and belonging with people you’d normally never meet but you’re joined by a handy perspective.
It’s making your struggles feel just a little easier because you know you’re not the only one with them, and the ones struggling with you won’t judge you for it!
Finally, it’s that family that when you sit down with them, it’ll be a fun meal and you’ll see at least one new and interesting way to pass the potatoes.
The event was all fantastic! Loved the vibe of the day and the fact all the children were interacting and activities brought people together. This gave our son the chance to experience activities with other reach children

As an adult, I’d never had the opportunity like this my whole entire life. This event made me so happy and for my kids to see their mum isn’t the only one with a limb difference and everyone just feels included. I was so scared and anxious but you just gave me a big hug and made me feel like I’d always belonged there. You’ve all changed my life and I’m really happy to be a member of Reach
