I am a proud Reach Parent to our eldest son, Jack. Our journey with Reach began in 2019, following the discovery of Jack’s upper limb difference at his 20-week scan. Reach played a vital role in supporting my wife and me during the later stages of her pregnancy and throughout the early years of our son’s life. The compassion and guidance made a lasting impact, and I now feel compelled to give back and help further the Reach mission.
Professionally, I work as a financial advisor where I’ve played a key role in growing the business and developing professionally. Since March 2022, I’ve served on the Board of Directors, contributing to high-level strategic decisions that support both our employees and the wider business. During this time, we’ve seen significant growth in both office locations and turnover. I also hold Senior Management Functions 16 and 17 with the FCA for two regulated entities, and I work closely with HR, Compliance, and Operations to support day-to-day activities. As a trustee, I am passionate about giving back to the charity that has supported our family. I am committed to helping Reach strengthen its financial strategy, ensuring it continues to grow and support even more families in the future.
