Every year Reach organises a national weekend event for Reach families.
We try and tour it around the UK (and we have been known to pop up in Ireland) to enable as much participation as possible. Over the course of the weekend children of all ages get to play and adventure together, make friends they might have for life. Parents and carers connect/re-connect, listen to inspirational speakers, and relax. Young adults with upper limb differences get their voices heard and get to party! Many Reach families come every year; others come when it visits near to them.
A fantastic opportunity to meet other Reach families, it was lovely to feel very welcomed. An excellent support network for Upper Limb Difference. Thank you very much to everyone involved.
