Skipping

Skipping isn't easy to learn but Reach member Leah found a way! Allow a little extra length of rope and tie it around the wrist or arm. Remember - practice makes perfect.

Shoelaces

There are several different ways to do up shoelaces but if you have only one hand to use you may like to try this method (click on the picture for a larger view (Adobe Acrobatshoelace.pdf 103 Kb))

An alternative approach is to replace standard shoelaces with 'the shoelace you never tie!' These spiral, elasticated laces can be adjusted to fit loosely or snugly and one size fits all. We have various colours available from the Reach Office for £3.50 (inclusive of post and packaging)
