The 5 Year Strategy has been compiled from feedback obtained during the Member Survey of 2007 and sets out the development of Reach over a 5 year period. This document sets out the main objectives of each section of the plan.
Funding Objectives
- Agree Terms of Reference for the Fundraising Committee

- Establish an annual fund raising event. i.e Fund-raising Week

- Keep merchandise current and explore new items as required
- Promote Reach name where possible, including conferences

- Additional Office Staff Member to gain knowledge and expertise

- Effective Communications with target audience
- Utilise the most cost effective and modern communication tools
Branch Network Objectives
- Increase the network of branches
- Enhance the branches effectiveness and financial self reliance

- Continue established events
- Establish rolling venues
- Introduce new events in response to members feedback
Member Support Objectives
- Regular survey’s to gain members feedback
- Keeping in-house publications up to date
- Provide appropriate support to all members
- Investigate the possibilities of offering assisted places on main events
Professionals and ResearchObjectives
- Keep updated with emerging technologies
- Monitor development and products in prosthetics and surgery
- To forge links with companies and professionals in relevant areas
