Reach - Association for Children with Upper Limb Deficiency is a charitable company limited by guaranttee and registered charity and is governed by Companies House and the
Charity Commission under UK charity law. The charity's governing body
consists of a board of nine trustees, whom are appointed from within
the membership, and employees of the association. The nine trustees
hold voting rights where as the employees on the board do not. One
third of the trustees must stand down each year but may re-stand. If

The Honorary Figurehead of the
Association is our Patron, whose role is to fund raise and be a
public figurehead supporting the Association's work.
The Association's Head Office is run by
1 full-time employee and a self employed editor, whom is contracted
to produce the Within Reach magazine. Branches are the local end of
the Association. They are run by a Branch Co-ordinator who organises
local events for the local members. All members are allocated to a
branch where possible.
