• We promise to keep our fees to a minimum.
• Our charity fees will be just enough to cover our operating costs. Should we have any money left over after covering our costs, we’ll always use it to reduce our fees even further or improve the services we offer.
• We’re dedicated to helping charities raise as much money as possible.
• We’ll provide charities with the tools and support to do this - for example, our state-of-the-art charity reporting system.
• We're improving online giving for fundraisers and donors.
• We're making it quicker and easier to donate online, and will continue to explore new ways to make online giving as fun and efficient as possible.
• We’ll always ask what you think.
• We welcome your feedback about Virgin Money Giving and will strive to improve our service in line with your needs.

• We want you to have complete confidence when using Virgin Money Giving. We’ve created a robust, secure website and will continually monitor and update our security to keep it this way.

• We’ll actively seek out opportunities to promote Virgin Money Giving, and the charities who use our service. We’ll advertise and work with third parties if we think it will help raise more money for good causes.
• We are an independent company.
• We’re a separate company to Virgin Money and the rest of the Virgin Group. We have our own independent board of directors, management, auditing and reporting. However, we will have access to Virgin Money’s financial expertise and their ongoing support.
