I have news of two events for this summer - so if you’re a regular or if you’ve never come before please do come to one of these – even if your teenager has never expressed any interest in Reach please do ask if they would like to join us for the sno tubing party as it will be loads of fun.  Or if you are an older Reach member please remember it is a great experience for the younger ones to meet you!


SNO TUBING for age 6 and up
Sunday 13 June 1pm

We will have an hours tubing, then a party lunch. (something and chips, choose on the day)
This should cost £14.95 per child but will be fully funded by Reach due to the fundraising we have done this year. We tried this last year and had a really good time. Last year we took from age 10 up only, but this year it will be from age 6, first come first served. so let me know asap, (there are 20 spaces) and at first it will be just for Reach children but if I have space left over siblings may come as well.
 
 
SPONSORED WALK AND PICNIC for everyone
Saturday 10th July
 
Every summer we usually get together for a picnic, and this year we are going to tag it onto the end of a sponsored walk organized by Slough Rotary Club. If you saw the appeal in the last Within Reach challenging every member to raise £20.10 you will appreciate this!
 
The walk is 5 miles, pushchair friendly, and has music and song along the way, and we will be aiming for the end at 1pm ish (It takes approx 2 hours 15 mins - depends how fast you walk obviously!).  Please read the attached leaflet, organize your own sponsership, bring your own picnic (or you can buy refreshments), and hope for lovely weather!  If you really can’t face the walk but would like to come to the picnic that will be ok too!
